No. USB units (such as CM15A and CM19A) are currently not supported. If you'd be interested in having more X10 units supported by OpenRemote then contact us on the forums. This will help us prioritize feature implementations.

Can I use X10 W800 RF unit to send commands to OpenRemote 1.0?
