Setting up a Testbed

Here is a testbed I assembled for the UI guys:

  • Siemens N148 gateway and power supply
  • ABB dual switching actor SA/S 2.10.1
  • Busch-Jaeger 6326 triple switch plus room temperature controller

The exported ETS data is here:

Does anybody know why on earth ETS exports groups and devices in different formats???

Due to the wood not really VDE compliant, but who complains

    But do you use the bus power also for the needed secondary power of the IP gateway?

    That is not KNX compliant

      Yes the bus power is connected to the secondary input.  There is enough power from the main line to power the IP gateway and the 2 actuators shown here.  I did the same on the development gig I gave juha.
